Private Boat Tours from Trogir

The whole boat, a local skipper and a route shaped around your group — from a half day in the Blue Lagoon to a full day at the Blue Cave.

What a private boat tour from Trogir gets you

A private charter means the speedboat is yours alone for the day. You get a licensed local skipper who grew up on this coast, fuel and harbour fees covered, and a route you help shape — not a fixed timetable shared with thirty strangers. Because the price is per boat rather than per person, a group of six or eight often pays about the same each as they would on a group tour, with far more freedom. We leave from the Trogir Riva, an easy 20–30 minutes from Split, Kaštela and Okrug, and most guests are back by late afternoon.

Choose your private charter

Five routes, all priced per boat. Pick by how much of the day you want and how far out you want to go.

Why groups go private

How booking a private charter works

  1. Send a request: Pick a charter and a date and send an enquiry. No payment at this stage.
  2. We confirm availability: We check the boat and the forecast and reply, usually within a couple of hours in season.
  3. Pay a 25% deposit: We email a secure Stripe link. The deposit confirms your date; the balance is paid on the day.

Private boat tour questions

How much does a private boat tour from Trogir cost?

Charters are priced per boat, not per person: from €600 for a small-group day at the Blue Lagoon and Šolta (up to 8 guests), €680 for a half day, €900 for a full day around Drvenik and Šolta, €1200 for Hvar and the Pakleni Islands, and €1300 for the Blue Cave and 5 Islands.

How many people fit on a private charter?

Most of our charters take up to 12 guests. The Sun, Swim & Mojitos day is a smaller boat for up to 8. The price is the same whether you are four or twelve, so larger groups get better value per person.

Is a skipper included, or do I drive the boat?

A licensed local skipper is included in every private charter, along with fuel and harbour fees. If you hold a boat licence and would rather captain yourself, that is a boat rental instead — we offer those separately.

Can we choose our own route?

Yes. Each charter has a suggested route, but it is a starting point. Tell your skipper what you are after — more swimming, more island time, a particular bay — and they will adjust, weather permitting.

Where do private boat tours from Trogir depart?

From the Trogir Riva in the old town. The half-day charter can also collect you in Okrug or at Medena. Trogir is about 30 minutes from Split and 15 from Kaštela, and there is parking near the waterfront.

How far in advance should we book a private charter?

In July and August the boats go quickly, so a few weeks ahead is sensible. Outside peak season a few days is usually enough. Send a request with your date and we will tell you straight away what is free.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety first: if conditions are not suitable we reschedule you or refund the deposit in full. Open-sea routes such as the Blue Cave depend on calm seas more than the sheltered island charters do.

Is lunch included on a private boat tour?

Not on the private charters — you stop at an island restaurant and pay ashore, which keeps the charter price down and lets you choose. If you would rather have a grilled lunch cooked on board, that is our group Three Island Tour.

Great fun, boat excursion. Start with donut and schnapps, visit a couple of islands for beach, bars and market. Jump into the lagoon for a swim, grilled mackerel or chicken for lunch. Young woman who looked after everyone did an amazing job!
