About this tour
Our half-day trip is the easiest way to taste the best of the Trogir archipelago when you would rather keep the other half of the day free. In about five hours on a comfortable speedboat you visit three islands: a long swim in the famous turquoise Blue Lagoon by Drvenik, free time in the stone harbour of Maslinica on Šolta, and a second, quieter swim in sheltered Branač Bay. The group stays small — up to twelve guests — and a local skipper picks the calmest, clearest spots and the right timing, so you simply relax, swim and take it all in. Choose a morning or an afternoon departure to fit your day.

Frequently asked questions
Blue Lagoon or the Blue Cave — which one?
Different days entirely. The Blue Lagoon is five hours, shallow calm water, a 09:00 or 15:00 start, and suits children and anyone who wants to swim rather than travel. The Blue Cave is ten hours on a fast boat with a 06:30 start and open-sea crossings, for the sight rather than the swim. If you only have one day and small children, take the lagoon.
Do you pick up in Okrug or Medena for the half-day tour?
Yes, both. Trogir boards at 09:00, Okrug and Medena between 09:05 and 09:10, and the afternoon departure runs on the same pattern from 15:00. Pick your point when you book; it costs nothing extra and the crew confirms the exact minute the day before.
Is the Blue Lagoon crowded?
In July and August, yes, around midday — it is the best-known swimming spot near Trogir and every operator goes there. The afternoon departure gets there as the day boats are leaving, which is the quieter half of the day. If crowds bother you, take the 15:00.
What should we bring on the half-day tour?
Swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. Snorkelling gear and drinks are on board. The lagoon has a sandy bottom in shallow water, so you do not need water shoes, and there is nowhere to spend money, so you do not need cash.
How much time do you spend at the Blue Lagoon?
About an hour and 45 minutes anchored in the lagoon itself — the longest stop of the trip — so there is time for a proper swim and some snorkelling rather than a quick dip.
Where is the Blue Lagoon and how far is it from Trogir?
It sits in the shallows between Drvenik Veli and the islet of Krknjaši, a short speedboat run west of Trogir. You are in the water within about half an hour of leaving the Riva.
Morning or afternoon departure — which is better?
Morning (09:00–14:00) is calmer and cooler and leaves your evening free. Afternoon (15:00–20:00) has warmer water, softer light and usually fewer boats in the lagoon. Both visit the same three stops.
How much is the Blue Lagoon half-day tour?
€60 per adult and €50 for children 0–12, for about 5 hours. That includes the skipper, the speedboat, fuel and marina fees, drinks on board, snorkelling gear and insurance. Food and drinks ashore in Maslinica are extra.
How big is the group on the half-day tour?
A maximum of 12 guests on a comfortable speedboat — noticeably smaller than the big group boats, which is why the skipper can pick the quieter spots.
What else does the half-day tour visit besides the Blue Lagoon?
Three islands in five hours: the Blue Lagoon by Drvenik, free time in the stone harbour of Maslinica on Šolta, and a second, quieter swim at sheltered Branač Bay on Čiovo.
Is the Blue Lagoon tour suitable for children?
Yes — the water in the lagoon is shallow and calm, the trip is short enough not to tire small children, and life jackets are on board. Children 0–12 pay €50. For a longer family day with lunch cooked on the boat, the Three Island Tour suits better.
How late can we book the half-day tour?
Please book at least 5 hours before departure so we can confirm your spot and the skipper can plan the route. In July and August it is worth booking a day or two ahead.

We’ve booked a tour twice this week with this company. We’ve met some great people who made both trips and incredible experience for us. On our first tour we went to blue lagoon, which was awesome and then to two beautiful islands. The second tour was even better as Duje, the driver, really took time to explain about diving and all different creatures that live at the beautiful shores we’ve visited. Duje also talked about living in the area and had some great suggestions for places and restaurants to visit. If we ever come back we’ll sure like to get back in touch with Duje or the people from this company because we have experienced two great days with them!
