Boat Tours from Trogir in 2027: Planning Next Summer

The 2027 season will run May to October, the same as every year here. What we can already tell you: which trips fill first, how booking and the deposit work, and which months give the most for the money. What we cannot tell you yet is the price.

The 2027 season will run from May to October. That is the season here every year, ours and most of this coast's, and nothing about 2027 changes it. If you are reading this while the 2026 season winds down and next summer is still a rough sketch, this page is the part we can already answer: what runs, what fills first, how a booking is held, and which months are worth choosing. The part we cannot answer yet is what it will cost.

What is already settled about 2027

The shape of the season. Four day trips run from Trogir: the full-day Three Island Tour, the Blue Lagoon half day, the Blue Cave and 5 Islands speedboat day, and the Krka Waterfalls trip. Three of them leave from the Trogir Riva, and the Krka day picks you up around Trogir, Okrug, Seget and Arbanija instead. July and August are the busiest months, and it is the wind rather than the temperature that closes the season in late autumn. 2027 prices are not published yet

This is the one thing we will not guess at for you. Prices for the coming season are set over the winter, and until that happens the figures on the tour pages are 2026 prices. Plan against them by all means, they are the best reference anyone has, but read them as a reference rather than a quote for a 2027 date. We confirm 2027 prices over the winter, and if you have already asked about a date, you get the number as soon as it exists.

For scale, here is where 2026 finished:

• Three Island Tour · Full day, 7.5 hours, leaving the Trogir Riva at 09:00. €55 per adult, currently shown against a €60 list price, €30 for children 5 to 12, free under 5. Breakfast, a grilled lunch and drinks on board are included.
• Blue Lagoon half day · Five hours, morning at 09:00 or afternoon at 14:30. €60 per adult, €50 for children 0 to 12, a small group of up to 12.
• Krka Waterfalls · A full day inland with pickup and the park entrance included. €75 per adult, €65 for children 7 to 17 and for students, €40 for children 0 to 6.
• Blue Cave and 5 Islands · Ten hours, leaving at 06:30. €110 per person, up to 12 guests, minimum age 8.
• Private charters · Priced per boat rather than per person, from €500 for the small-group day up to €1,300 for the Blue Cave run. Most take up to 12 guests.

Which trips fill first

• The Blue Cave tour goes first, and by some distance. It runs as a small group on a fast boat, up to 12 people, and it is paid in full at booking rather than held with a deposit. May, June and September are the dates people want, so those are the dates that disappear.
• The Blue Lagoon half day in July and August. It is the easiest tour to slot into a holiday, which is exactly why it goes: in the peak weeks it is worth booking a day or two ahead rather than deciding at breakfast.
• The Krka Waterfalls trip, because it is a request-first booking with eight places and pickup from your accommodation. An early email settles it long before you fly.
• The Three Island Tour has the most room of the four, a large traditional wooden boat that can take big family and friend groups, and it books instantly on the website against live availability. It is the least likely of the four to be full, not the least likely to be worth booking early.
• Private charters on a specific date. The whole boat goes to one group, so a fixed date with no flexibility behind it is the case for asking early.

How booking and the deposit work

Pick the tour and the date on the site and send a booking request. Group tours hold your place with a small deposit online and the balance is paid on the day; the Blue Cave tour is the exception and is paid in full. Private charters work the other way round: we confirm availability first, then email you a secure link for a 25% deposit. The group-tour deposit is flat per guest rather than a percentage of the total. On the Three Island Tour in 2026 that is €15 per adult and €10 per paying child, with under-fives free. Card payments run through Stripe, so your card details never reach us, and the balance is paid in cash in euros on the day, or by card if you arrange it with the crew in advance.

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before departure. If we cancel for weather you get a full refund or a free reschedule, and you are told before you board rather than after. Booking a long way out therefore costs you very little: the sum at risk is a deposit, and your flexibility is unchanged.

Why May and September are the value months

Same islands, same boats, same crew, a fraction of the people. September is the local favourite: the sea off Trogir is around 24°C, warmer than June, and the crowds fall away in the first week of the month. May is the other end of the trade, the coolest water of the season and the easiest month in which to get the exact date you want. Between them sit July and August, which are busier on every boat and, on the boat rentals, sit in the highest day-rate band of the year.

Booking a small group in the shoulder months

There is no minimum number of people, so a booking for one or two is a real booking and you simply share the boat with other guests. The caveat belongs on this page rather than in the small print: in the shoulder months a departure with very few bookings can occasionally be moved to another day. If that happens we tell you as early as we can, and you choose another date or take a full refund. It is a reason to leave a spare day in a May or October trip, not a reason to avoid those months.

That is the whole of it: an email or a WhatsApp with the week you expect to be here and a rough idea of which day suits which tour, and we will tell you what is likely to be available and give you the 2027 figure the moment it is set.
